 Jury in sex abuse trial watch garda interviews 7/28/2010 - 6:10:29 PM The jury in the trial of a father accused of sexually abusing his three children has been watching garda videos of interview with the accused man. The 73-year-old accused man has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to sexually assaulting and raping two daughters between the ages of four and 11 and sexually assaulting his son from the age of three to six at various locations between 1995 and 2002. The accused man denies there is any truth in the allegations when they are put to him by gardaí. The trial continues before Mr Justice George Birmingham and a jury of eight men and four women. |
