 Final stretch of Dublin-Belfast dual carriageway to open 7/29/2010 - 7:24:29 AM The final stretch of dual carriageway linking Dublin to Belfast opens today. The new 12km stretch of road will by by-pass Newry. It will be opened by the North's Regional Development Minister Conor Murphy and will be attended by the Taoiseach Brian Cowen. The by-pass was completed at a cost of £152m (€182m). |
